In today's fast-paced optical retail environment, managing family relationships can often feel overwhelming. Many practitioners face the challenge of keeping track of complex family dynamics with numerous patient records. This can lead to misunderstandings in patient care, resulting in potential miscommunications or missed opportunities for intervention.

Our integrated Family Tree Linking simplifies this task, enabling practitioners to effortlessly navigate intricate family structures quickly. Instead of manually labelling multiple patients' names and contact information individually (e.g. Father of Patient 'C', Sister of Patient 'F', Nephew of....), simply select Patient 'A's record and Patient 'B's record, followed by choosing what relationship they have with each other.

That's it! This relationship is automatically reflected on both Patients' records.
